      Why should I register?
By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Registering also notifies you of special savings, new items, etc. Sign up today and become a sammoon.com member.

How do I register?

What if I forget my password?
If you ever forget your password, send an email to support@sammoon.com with your first and last name, address and telephone number for verification. You may also call us at 1-800-894-3879.

Item Availability?
We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site. Occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, it will be reflected on your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

What credit cards do you accept?
sammoon.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Sam Moon Gift Cards. Be sure to enter your exact billing information (first and last name, middle initial, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and cvv)

Do you have a minimum purchase?
No, there is no minimum purchase required for online shopping.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only to residents in Texas, unless it is for resale. All other recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for you package and a link to
www.ups.com where you may use that tracking number.

How can I modify my order?
Be advised that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

How will my order be delivered and when should I expect to receive my order?
Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 12:00am CST will begin processing the next day and will be shipped out within 48 to 72 hours pending availability and credit verification. Please allow 5-7 business days for ground delivery. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS GROUND unless otherwise noted. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, or HOLIDAYS.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
sammoon.com will not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands.

Our basic ground shipping rates are:

$8.50 for orders between $20 and $40
$9.50 for orders between $40 and $60
$10.50 for orders between $60 and $80
$11.50 for orders between $80 and $100
$12.50 for orders between $100 and $125
$13.50 for orders between $125 and $150
$15.50 for orders between $150 and $175

What gift wrap/box services do you offer?
Currently sammoon.com does not offer any gift wrap/box service.

How do I purchase a Gift Card?
Gift cards are available for purchase online. We offer Gift Cards in predetermined dollar amounts. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. The Gift Card will be sent via UPS Ground unless noted otherwise.

What is your Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn or altered and with ALL tags attached. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR RHINESTONE ACCESSORIES AND TIARAS. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 14 days of receipt of purchase ONLY WITH A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Please note that we do not refund shipping/handling charges.

What is a return authorization number and where do I get it?
The return authorization number certifies your order return. You may obtain this number through Customer Service at 1-800-894-3879. ONLY WITH THIS NUMBER WILL YOU BE ABLE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR MERCHANDISE

How do I make a return or exchange?
After obtaining a return authorization number, write the number and date you received the RA number on a copy of the original invoice (there is a place for it at the bottom of the invoice). Send the merchandise and invoice in original package if possible. (We recommend that you insure the return packages to sammoon.com. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.)

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at sammoon.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from sammoon.com

I received an item as a gift. How do I return or exchange it?
If you would like to return your gift, please follow the same guidelines for returning or exchanging regular merchandise. Unfortunately, we can ONLY exchange the item or give you store credit.
